Yaha AI
Agents

Create and Run

Create a Yaha Agent, configure a draft, publish a version, and review runs.

You need a selected workspace (and project) in the console. Open Products → Agents.

Create an agent

Use any of these paths:

  1. Agents → List — enter a name and create a blank agent.
  2. Use template — start from a built-in template, then edit.
  3. Ask Yaha — describe the assistant you want, confirm the proposal, and land on the new agent.

The builder opens at /products/agents/{id}.

Configure the draft

Work through the builder sections:

  1. Identity — persona, goals, and system prompt.
  2. Intelligence — pick an allowed model and a planning mode (Chat, ReAct, Reflection, Plan & Execute, or Auto).
  3. Capabilities — enable skills and tools the agent may call.
  4. Inputs / Outputs — declare variables and the response shape you want.
  5. Safety — restrict internet, tools, moderation, and PII handling as needed.

Click Save draft as you go. Drafts are editable; published versions are not overwritten in place.

Publish

When the draft is ready, Publish. The console pins that snapshot as the production version. You can keep editing a new draft afterward without changing the live version until you publish again.

Test in the playground

Open the builder Playground tab to chat with the agent, start a session, and inspect the trace. This is the fastest way to confirm prompt, tools, and outputs before you deploy.

Review runs

Open Products → Agents → Runs (or the agent dashboard) to see:

  • Status (running, completed, failed, cancelled, waiting for approval)
  • Tokens and cost
  • Step traces

You can pause, cancel, or retry a run from the run detail when the console offers those actions. If a run hits a human approval gate, a reviewer approves or rejects it before the agent continues.
